Cascade Mountain - Portage

Cascade Mountain is a perfect family skiing destination. Peak elevation is 1,280 feet, they have two fantastic beginner trails and kids under 12 ski free when accompanied by an adult. A half hour from Wisconsin Dells, Cascade partners with area resorts on lodging packages. Check out their four-class beginner ski and snowboard courses and snow tubing options, and swing over to one of the Dells' singular hotels or indoor waterparks.

Alpine Valley Resort - Elkhorn
